Poor Customer service
I logged 2 tickets: 22 Dec & 06 Jan about the same query. Complain on Facebook & instead of someone calling me I get a snotty reply on completely the wrong info. & then I get my personal information posted on a public platform, this goes against the POPIA, I did not give anyone permission to. I will be logging this with the ombudsman as well as writing to your CEO.

Please also provide your CEO's email address as I would like to include him in the communication. & remove my information from the Facebook comment section with immediate effect. Not only is this in contravention of POPIA but also the WASPA code of conduct.
