Poor Customer service (DONT-Care about customer line - 084143)
An unauthorised upgrade was loaded onto my account. I called the centre (spent over 1hour trying to get help on the phone) to have it reversed and there has been no progress or feedback regarding this for 5 days now. This is poor service taking into account that I have been a client for over 3 years now.

11 Nov 2020, 12:46Thank you. It is unfortunate that one has to resort to such platforms to get Cell-C's attention? why do you even have a call center? As a customer I am disappointed that one needs to publicly call you out on things you should be paying attention to. This is sad.
