Poor Customer Service
I logged a complaint on Hello Peter last week Thursday and it was partially attended to by Moses Mo***eng - Social Media Consultant, I am still waiting for responses from my emails sent to him and no responses from his line.
I requested for a paid up letter for a contract that ended in 2019 as well as clearance on ITC. To date I have received neither of those.
Your level of customer service/retention is absolutely despicable, I would not advise anyone to take a contract with your company.
