Poor customer service

Cell c store Kimberley New Park I was told that I needed to fill in a form and go to the police station to get an affidavit if I wanted to do a sim swap. I was also informed that I needed to produce a proof of address. I stood there for over 15 minutes trying to understand this procedure, the person assisting me did not have on a name tag and also refused to give me his name saying that he is just following instructions from head office.
