Poor Customer Service at Cell C pavilion Branch
I recently visited The Pavilion Mall Branch which is located in Durban Westville. The customer service is not up to standard. When I walked in A lady Named Nurifah stood by the door and didn't even greet or attempted to assist me, My mother and I have been there many times and we are not happy with her and the service. Cell C can't even offer to phone the call Centre in the shop to assist customers who lost there phones. I personally feel that I am now tired of Cell C.
