Poor customer service at Cell C

I am writing this review about the poor service I have received at Cell C. After ending my contract and wanting to start a new contract at MTN about 3 weeks ago, my phone number has been suspended and has not been released, so that it can be ported and I can use my old number in my new contract. I have contacted Cell C on numerous occasions. Please @CellC will you see to it that my number will be released and I can do a sim swop and not have to get a new number.
