Poor Customer service and very bad advice.

<p>In June; July 2016 i upgraded my contract which i have had for many years and a couple of months later i ask Cell C customer call center to relook at my hole package and propose a new package which will suite my requirements with regards to the amount of data and and call and Air time i use. The package which was proposed to me guaranteed that it will suite me with my amount usage of data and air time.</p> <p>Ever since i have upgraded my package i have nothing but hassel with regards to air time and call time and difficulties in procuring additional data and that.</p> <p>Talking to you call centre is the most fustrating thing ever and the most unfriendly and the worst thing is i am paying for this poor and disgracfull customer service. Your call centre always trys to make the Client as stupid people and do not clearly listen and understand the customer to help resolve the situation, the only thing your call centre is good for the upsetting their customer and putting the phone down on them when they have succseeded in getting the customer shouting.</p> <p>Using *147# and *109# to extend data bundles is a total waist of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advice me how i can cancel my contract with Cell with imidiate affect due to poor Customer service which was promised to me and is stipulated in my contract which Cell C has failed multiple times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Soon to be old Client of Cell C</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Robertson.</p> <p> </p>
