POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THAT IS ON YOU AGREEMENT

i have 3 contracts with cell c i have been trying to get help from them regarding one of my contract I'm being sent from pillar to post i tried calling them 3 times they said i must wait for a call in 24 hours i haven't received any call 3 days back i received a call from a guy said his name its Mofoneng was so rude and said do you know what you're asking for will cost you more than now i said yes i know and said i must tell him what package i need i told him to give me the list so i can choose hes said he will call.me the next day he didn't i even sent a message on Cell c's official page of Facebook asking for someone to call me they kept on saying same thing that i will receive a call in 24 hours i regret having a contract with them i don't thin i will ever have another contract with them when my contract expires they even change ridiculous interest that we didn't agree on it
