Poor customer service and support
Cell c you made empty promises I have been struggling with you for 3 months Now last week you promised me you will get it sorted but in stead you blame me for your mistake I would like to cancel my 4 contracts because I can't carry on like this you are *********** to do your job in stead you blame the customer very disappointed been a customer for over 10 years and this is the way I get treated

02 Jun 2025, 11:53I can't believe this cell c can't I have to struggle like this first is is op late payment was was told last week witch they never debit my account Now she wants and tel me the late payment didn't effect my score now still it became blamed on the customer now this month I made eft payment because the never diet then the debit it my account so paid 2 time now still it is my fault
