poor customer service and rude customer agents

cell has one of the worst and rude agents. i regret taking a contract with cell. to anyone looking to apply for a contract with cellc dont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i repeat dont!!!!!!!!!!!! Naketsi - customer agent is part of the rudest agents at cellc. i doubt il be continuing with cellc when my 6 contracts expire.
