Poor Customer Service and No delivery of goods

Upgraded beginning of Feb Order has still not arrived. Apparently short of stock. No one from CellC has made any effort to advise me when doing the upgrade that there is a shortage, throughout the wait I have had to contact them not vice versa and no one can indicate when stock will arrive.
