Poor customer service and ITC records update.
My ITC records shows that I have a contract with cell c and it's in arrears. I cancelled my contract beginning of the year when it was due for upgrade and I owe them a cent. I since requested for letter to clear my records with no luck. I'm so disappointed because I'm just holding to reference number that's not helping me with anything. All I want is for my name to be cleared.
