Poor customer service and *********** staff.

I previously logged a complaint few weeks back for poor service ,*********** cell c staff till today problem not resolved. To add on my frustrations now its worse cell c staff unable to complete a simple task accordingly. I will requested contract cxld since incorrectly administered I was told to return phone . Courier service collect phone but they logged it as repair as we speak they are returning phone back to me. Really disappointed at cell c poor customer service. No satisfaction instead they put more stress . I want a senior person to resolve this issue. Their call centre line useless yu wait for an hour and more to get help. I cannot pay for a service then the provider's fail me on their priority mandate give service to customer
