Poor customer service and breaking contract.

Never ever will I recommend Cell C to anyone, once my contract ENDs in November, I’m moving all my accounts to another service provider. Someone working in Cell C changed my closed/limited bundle to an Open Bundle, imagine my shock when I received last months billing amount . My debit order was more then R2000 because of someone’s carelessness. Been sending emails to customer care since the beginning of March. No one is getting back to me about my issue, blame is just being past on, and I the customer must pay . Never move your accounts to Cell C!!!!! This is the service you will get .
