poor customer service affecting my credit record

please call me on ***, I have called 100 times talked to 10 consultants. I have been transferred to legal departments and the call goes on for like 20 minutes without any reply. and every time i talk to a consultant i can hear other people speaking on the background that on its own its disturbing. my contract has been cancelled and yet DO collections still continue and my acc is with legal department.
