Poor customer service.
Waiting a week for Cell C admin to phone me, this is to discuss my Frogfoot line transfer to the new complex we moving to at the end of March 2023.

10 Mar 2023, 07:13Morning, we are moving to 1 Villa Nossa, 20 North Road, Beyers Park, Boksburg. Frogfoot fibre covers the complex we moving to. I need a technician to come and install a new fibre box, and activate the line. I need the fibre line to be active from the end of March 2023, as I work from home and my daughter study online.
