poor customer service

I had the worst experience with cell C.I have never used any other network for my family and kids .I always buy phones on contract and paying them up, the last one I had with them were 4 contracts ending august 2024 .around June I called telling them of intentions not to renew at the of the contract the lady on the phone confirmed ,I called again in July was given a reference number ,at the end of the contract they started deducting again I called them they said no ,you did not ask to end the contract .I went to menlyn one of the guys I am only working with those who want to open new contracts and we are off line.the next thing boom I am being called by credit collectors ,then boom my line is blocked,*** *** after paying successfully for all the years then I lose my number bcz of their *********** staff,Please choose wisely when going for contracts,
