Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service.

I have been struggling with Cell C to provide me with a paid up letter for a very long time now. After numerous attemps. The Contact Centre has also made numerous attempt to request the letter from the relevant department on my behalf to no avail. My request is just being ignored. I was a loyal Cell C customer for years but after this type of treatment, I will not recommend Cell C to any ofmy friends or family.
