Poor customer service
I went into Cell C Canal Walk to purchase a data bundle for R299.00 which is loaded by Cell C. This was about lunch time. When I got home last night I wanted to use the bundle and found it was not loaded. I called customer service on the Cell C helpline and was told to go back to Canal Walk. I explained that I would have to spend petrol money and be inconvenience due to their in competence. She said that she could not dial out to make a call when I asked her to call them as I had the slip with the time on in front of me. I asked for her supervisor who agreed to call them. He said the would call me back in five minutes. He was very helpful. An hour later no one called back. I called back and a lady called Cindy from Durban answered. She was not too enthusiastic to help but also said she would call Canal Walk. NO ONE FROM CANAL WALK WAS INTERESTED IN CALLING ME. My data is still not loaded and I am appalled by this and not happy that I have to go back to the store at my expense to fix this.

My query has still not been resolved. I received two calls and she promised to get back to me. When I do a balance enquiry it only shows my balance of my previous bundle. My new bundle is not added on for me to see.
She says it appears on the Cell C side. I am sure that you will agree that when I do a balance check, I am the one who monitors my balance and need proof what I actually have left. I would like this rectified please. I would like to see what I have paid for.

Lungi has been most helpful and patient. I went to Cell C Canal Walk and it turns out my sim card is registered to a number different to mine. On my exsisting cell C number this is registered to a male unkown to me. The consultant who assisted me called his manager . The manager Carl felt it had nothing to do with them as I bought a data package and got data. The rest was not his problem. I reminded him that I was at Cell C asking how I could retrieve my data and see the data left if it was on an unknown number. After much debate and me mentioning that I had reported this to Hello Peter he agreed to sort it out in 20 minutes. I asked if I could purchase a new 4g sim and transfer the balance to it and was told it could not be done. I am now using a sim card on someone elses name. My data however is reflecting
