Poor customer service

Cell c is full of jokes, I have two contract with them. Yet um treated like nobody. I have submitted all required proofs but matter is not yet received. Im sick of it. My last hope is to cancel both contracts and close down the account. Their conduct is has affected my credit report. Im sick to the core and i wonder y did i end up them. I regret being their customer.
