Poor customer service

<p>I have been trying to cancel an exisitng contract for the past 2 months but cannot get through to the Cancellation Department , i get transferred many times but for some reason the call gets cut off.. I think the call gets cut off deliberately.</p> <p>Numerous calls for upgrade but nothing for cancellation.</p> <p>I do not want this contract !!!! i do not understand which part Cell C customer service does not get it !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
