Poor customer service

Cell c customer service is the the worst ever. I took up a contract devise with them in January 2021 and before the end of March the same device stopped functioning. I took it in for repairs and up to now the phone is going up and down between the repair center and the store, well so am I. Unfortunately no diagnosis has been communicated to me..... HIGHLY DISGUSTED, ANNOYED and ANGRY
