Poor Customer Service

<p>Cell c contacted my father in law about a contract he never opened about 2 months ago. </p> <p>He then discovered that this contract was opened in 2007 by an unknown person. </p> <p>After getting hold of all the revellant documents Cell C needed to give him back his money that he has been paying since 2007 it was numerous times sent to them by email. But nobody received all of it! Seems nobody knows what's going on there! </p> <p>Documents was sent to Cell C on several occasions. Every time they phone him they haven't received one or another document. All of them was sent to cell c by myself as well. </p>
