Poor Customer Service
<p>Took my phone in for Repairs over 4 weeks ago still waiting for my repair ,i have been told they are waiting for spares till today ,initially the repair on my phone would have taken 24 to 48 hours it has been 4 weeks already and my phone has not been repaired . ****ED OFF!!!</p>

26 May 2016, 10:38Well I have been calling Cell C Repair centre over 20 times in the last 4 weeks and I receive the same response " We are waiting for spares , I initially suggested that I take it to ADH but the consultant insisted that they can fix it well its 4 weeks later still waiting for spares.
