POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very very bad customer service! My data and airtime keep depleting quickly and i keep waisting time on the phone calling unhelpful people who think we all have time to waste. The lady I spoke to today has a very appallingly attitude! Im trying to solve my situation as the customer she wants to be the one to be listened to telling me the same thing the last consultant told me. At the end of the call there was no assistance and my problem was not solved at all having done everything she was telling me to do a long time ago. I hope this gets to the right people who actually care about people who support this network! I spend way too much on Cell C as a business and individual to be treated with disrespect and disregard. I'll definitely be sending this to other platforms until I get proper answers amd assistance! I'd rate this - 10 if there was such.
