POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The staff at the a customer service dept are, by snd large, very helpful, but sending an email to customer service ..this is a waste of time. I sent a mail 9 days back and am still waiting for a reply. The staff at the customer service dept also logged a complaint at the same time for me…still waiting
