Poor customer service
I had a contract that ended in 2019 and it's shows on my credit score. I still have an outstanding balance. I called into the call centre several times and the service is appalling. I even went into a branch hoping things will be sorted. Everyone confirmed I have made all required payments and they would remove it from my credit score along with a confirmation email. Nothing has been done and it's months now
