Poor customer service

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from cell C I had cellphone contract and it ended in April 2022,they Called to advise that my contract is ending do I want to upgrade I said no,they offered me a airtime contract for R250 and it was too much reduced it to R150 and that was the final agreement,they decided to add data without my consent they started debitng R860.97 on the 15th of which it's not the debit date I agreed on for the airtime,I called I called customer care on Saturday that's when I found out about the data contract that I never agreed on ,the lady who assisted me said she willing escalate the call and provided with reference number n said will get feedback within 2 day's till this far haven't got any feedback
