Poor customer service

On Thursday the 9th of June 2022.. One of Cell consultants called me regarding my complain that I've written here on hellopeter page.. My complain was about the settlement letter that is taking forever to be delivered to me.. She said i will receive it by the 10th of June.. Even now i didn't receive anything.. And before that it was almost 2 weeks I've requested that settlement letter for my account.. So what Cell C is doing to me it's not acceptable at all.. If this is how they treat their customers then i am taking this matter to my lawyer..
