Poor customer service

This is such a terrible service provider, I will never ever have a contract with them anymore. My upgrade is still within the 7 days of cancelation but they refused to assist me after I received something I didn't request.<br> I have order the SAMSUNG tablet as an upgrade to my current contract and make it clear to the consultant who called me that I don't want anything white, to my surprises they send me a white tablet when I call to request the exchange or cancellation the lady by the name of Angel told me its impossible because my contract is off 7days (which is not correct) after some argument with her I ask to speak to other consultant, her name was Ranzo, she also fail to help instate she dropped my call (after holding for more than 20min). Really bad service indeed poor customer service.
