Poor Customer Service
Good Day
I would like to place a compliant on your employee Fhubulani from Cell Maponya Mall( Excuse the spelling if its the wrong spelling). I went to perform a sim swap today(12/10/2021) at around 9:30am. He was rude to me. He was also focusing on a woman looking like it was more person that . While assisting me he answered a personal call infront of me as a customer. I asked for his became and he got absolutely rude towards me. Please do take action against him as i was nothing but civil and friendly to him when i got to the store
