poor customer service
I recently phoned cell c call centre and i spoke to an agent by the name of kevin. This lady after hearing my query she told me her supervisor is off and there is nothing she can do to help me. When i asked for a senior she terminated the call. How can the people who do not know what to do work without supervision. Please do not call me within working hours.
