Poor customer service

Monday I phoned Cell C direct to do an upgrade. I was told that they had stock of a cell phone that was looking for . Today when I followed up, I told that they don't have any stock. This is pathetic customer service. Why do I have to follow up as a customer. I won't recommend Cell C to anyone. I feel like cancelling my contract.
