Poor customer service
Recently app**** for a contract but was declined due to credit issues. I have NO credit issues at all. The matter has been escalated but was still declined. This is very bad customer service. How is it possible that I recently also app**** for a home loan for more that 1 bar and was approved in a day but declined for a contract of R829. Cell C is losing business like this and clearly it's not of importance to assist clients or go the extra mile for them but yet they are the top employer for 2018 amidst poor client service. I am at the mercy of Cell C as they offer the dual sim option on contract. Please can someone assist me.
