Poor customer service
I am trying to confirm that my data contract with cell c has been cancelled as per my request as no confirmation ever received. It is impossible to speak to a customer agent as when they transfer you the call cuts off and the 084 143 number does not exist. Pathetic customer service and i still cannot get confirmation of my cancellation request?????
