Poor Customer Service
Forwarded a complaint to cell c on 10 April 2019, sent an email on their page, called their customer care center countless times and still a month later my case hasn’t been resolved. Each time I call I’m told of a strike yet they continue deducting money which we did not agree to. I’m very angry and disappointed in the manner in which cell c has handled my case
