Poor customer service

The lack of communication is unmatched. I have been tossed around from one agent to another, all of them have different stories to tell me regarding my extended line. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting for my delivery. Not the first time. They took over two weeks to deliver my phone as well, but they sure do expect their payments on time! Do better.
