Poor customer service

Cell c retentions department is the worst called in to cancel twice then the operators convinced me to renew the contract for the 1st time it's been so complexed to renew with migrations and a lot of losses in current contracts benefitsb asked them on both occasions to call me later when more time is available for explanation but promises were made no return calls were made cell c is a wonderful company but the people there don't care for the fact they exist because of happy customers I've been a client with cell c for over a decade and this is the service I have to deal with Can it really be this difficult to renew a contract
