Poor customer service

I submitted a claim regarding a lost phone. They in partner with C surance company. That was on the 11th of last month. Untill today nothing has been done about my problem. I called the insurance a week after I reported, they told me that they still waiting for some documents to be sent fom the store. I have spoken with Nicole from the Cell C store on monday and she was not professional at all.
