Poor customer service

Called cellc today as i need to do an upgrade on my contract, i politely requested to speak to Nomvula the lady i spoke to yesterday as her service was excellent. the consultant said she will transfer me to the particular agent and for some reason i was transferred to a Tshepiso Motaung whose manager is Krian.Under the impression that i was transferred to Nomvula i politely asked her if by any chance she remembered me as she had tried assisting me yesterday, agent rudely snapped at me and told me she spoke to a lot of people yesterday so she doesnt remember. this to me was very unprofessional and uncalled for and i asked to speak to her teamleader she rudely told me the teamleader is not available, i then asked to speak to the manager , she asked to hold the line while she gets someone, she did not mute me as i could hear her and who ever in the background arguing about why i need to speak to the manager. she kept on saying that she doesnt know what i want as i have an attitude and very rude and she doesnt know what she will say to me. the superior whom she was reporting to refused to take the call and she came back to me and told me the manager is not available.How rude is that ?
