Poor customer service
My uncle has been trying to make a sim swap since Wednesday and he has been sent from pillar to post. He bought the sim card to make sim swap for a number the was that he ported and was told he gave wrong answer to one of for those stupid questions and he should go the branch which he did and he was given a sim card and told to call the call centre and the same thing happened. I advised him to go back to the Branch ,which he did he given a sim card again today and told to call the call centre. Why is this??? he cannot be travelling like this, he stuck and does not know what to do. This happened to me on one occasion as well between the call centre and the branch.

Even the lady who called my uncle yesterday was as useless as the network. how do they expect a person to remember a recharge date...........USELESS mxmmm. Stop putting your people at malls for porting and then when people want to make sim swaps you tell them you dnt have their details,
