Poor customer service
I had a very bad experience with the service provider, I’ve been trying to do a sim swap the whole day the consultants keep telling me I can’t reach the requirements, I’m providing my ID number and my address I don’t know where I should get the contact details I’ve been calling while my phone is not use. I need assistance or one should tell me whether I should they help or I should change the service provider.

We have requested one of our team members to assist with the SIM swap, alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.
