Poor Customer Service
Cell c insurance is nonsense i submitted a claim with the necessary documents. when i contacted them I they told me they cannot find my details and I have not been paying for insurance. I went to the cell c store they don't want to assist the call center placed me on hold for 25 minutes. this is frustrating that i have been paying for insurance and they say they cannot find my details
