Poor Customer Service
Arrogant customer service agent. Spoke to a lady by the name of Sindi whom I directed my dissatisfaction to, with regards to some of the difficulties I encounter on the network. She was unprofessional in the manner she represented the company, lacked product knowledge and dismissed my opinions, to a point that she dropped the call that I logged while I was addressing her. I am disappointed and left with a bitter feeling of the brand that I stuck with for years.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
