Poor customer service
Today i was contacted by Cell C's call centre(021) ********** , the lady that engaged me was seriously unprofessional. She used slang to engaged with me, off which i could not understand what she was trying to convey. Half way through the call, she actually cut the call whilst i was in mid sentence. I find this really unprofessional and rude. i am still unsure why i was even called by Cell C.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
