Poor customer service

Hi I have a bad experience with Cell C agents on the cancellation department they do not seem to be taking their customers serious one agent by the name of (Siphesihle) seems to be like Miss know it all because they kept on transferring my call to each other until she cut my call just because I am saying the pocket router does not have network I have complaining for the past six months no one seems to assist me again CAN SOMEONE TRY AND ASSIST ME.
