Poor customer service

Cell C has the worst service ever. I went to the branch here in Carswald and the employees were so *********** that they did not know what needs to happen when booking in a phone for repairs. One of the female consultants was so rude when I asked her questions. After they eventually took my phone in at Boulders in midrand I have to constantly call in and every time I want to know what the progress is they tell me some documents are missing but I never receive a mail that asks me to send through documents.
