Poor customer service

I have been a loyal customer with Cell c for the past 6 years I have more than 6 contract phones that I took on contract, this is where my problem start ,the time I had 3 contract at the same time and wanted to be left with one contract , I made two settlement amounts to my two contracts that I wanted to close , on the table AG Mobile account I was told that I was not supposed to pay ,the R700 that I paid I was told I wasn't supposed to pay it , and since there is no refund the money will be credited on my huawei P9 Contract. I was told they won't deduct for my current contract because of credit I have , I will start paying 3 months after my credit is finish , after 3 months I continue paying my account by debit order, boom months later my name was taken debit collectors for the arrears for the same amount that I payed and they refuse. I don't know if the person assisted me doesn't know their job or they don't listen to calls , I'm requesting for the conversation recordings, the person who assisted me that day should be dealt with in a correct manner . The agent who phoned me today 14/03/2018, She is apologizing for inconvenience cellc made, like really , today is my fault , I'm not going to pay that amount forget it , for the reckless that Cellc made , I will be closing my current contract very soon ,Cellc sucks big time . Unhappy customer.
