Poor customer service
I went to Cell C in BT Ngebs city , Mthatha to blacklist my phone. I was told my phone was blacklisted as it was ****** and 15 minutes later the person who stole my phone buzzed me back. I guess "The power isn't in your hands..."

In this case, you blacklisted the phone only and the SIM was not blocked. You should have blocked both, the power is in your hands, use it!
