Poor Customer Service
Cellc never disappoints when it comes to poor service 😪 😢
I'm not surprised that it's now a 3rd day without getting a simple thing like a copy of my contract from them?
From Monday till now!

04 Oct 2023, 14:56I have just received a call from your Agents and again my issue hasn't been resolved due to the information not showing on your system.
I was told this will be escalated to the IT TEAM and off which I have to wait for anothe 48 hours before I can get my documents.
It's very interesting that we have to experience this kind of Service from your Teams yet we pay for our Services on a monthly basis.
I'm still not happy 😕 🙃 😒

Not even a single person contacted me from CellC to tell me all the delays etc. After three days when I complained on this platform, only then I was told about your System issues 🙃
